II. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURE
*age by August 2023
For Pre-Kindergarten: Applicants who are born on October 1, 2018 to October 30, 2019 are eligible to apply.
For Kindergarten: Applicants who are born on October 1, 2017 to October 30, 2018 are eligible to apply.
a. Clear scanned original copy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate with registry number
b. Clear scanned original copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Baptized Catholic)
c. One (1) clear scanned original copy of government issued ID of BOTH parents
d. For foreign student applicants: Scanned original copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)/Identification card, student’s passport and visa
e. *Clear scanned original copy of School Year 2022-2023 Certificate of Enrolment in a pre-school
f. *Clear scanned original copy of the First Month/Quarter/Semester grades of current school year
2. The Registrar’s Office will send a confirmation notice to the email of the parents once all documents listed in no. 1 have been received and checked. The email will also include the link to the downloadable admission forms listed below and the payment instructions and uploading of proof of payment for the non-refundable processing fee of Php 1,000.00.

c. *Recommendation Form (to be filled up by the adviser or guidance counselor of applicant’s current school who will then directly send the duly accomplished form to registrar.adm@icagh.edu.ph with the heading: RECOMMENDATION FORM – (Name of Applicant)*
d. Student Health Record Form (to be filled up by the applicant’s Pediatrician)
e. Hearing and Vision Screening Test Results

These documents are required for KINDERGARTEN applicants. Although not required for Pre-Kindergarten applicants, kindly submit if your daughter is currently attending a pre-school.
3. Upon confirmation of payment and processing of uploaded documents, the Registrar’s Office will send an email to inform you of the schedule of your daughter’s screening. Please read the instructions attached to the schedule carefully.
III. RELEASE OF ADMISSION RESULTS:
Application results will be sent to the email of the parents. Please refer to the schedule below.
