27 Oct Athena Chang Takes Home 4 Gold Medals from the 2022 PSI Long Course Grand Prix National Championships in New Clark City, Tarlac

Last October 13 to 16, 2022, Athena Rain Chang of 11-Zeal participated in the “2022 PSI Long Course Grand Prix National Championship” held in New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac.

At 16 years old, Athena garnered 3 Gold medals for the 400m Freestyle, 800m Freestyle, and 1500m Freestyle open-age events and 1 Gold medal for the 4x100m Freestyle Relay. She is currently ranked first in the nation for her 18:29:4 performance in the 1500m Freestyle event. Due to her exemplary performance in the competition, Athena will represent Team Philippines in the 44th Southeast Asian Age Group Swimming Championships (SEA Age) to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on December 16-18, 2022.
