The Immaculate Conception Academy marked its 80th year of service last February 4, 2016 through a celebration that include a mass and a short program. To show both respect and pride for the school's anniversary, the organizers of the event prepared a morning filled with various activities for the attendees.

Various priests, as well as several school employees and students, attended the celebration and gathered in the Delia Tetreault Arts and Sports Center (DTASC). The celebration was formally opened through a mass which was presided over by Fr. Aristotle Dy,  SJ. After the mass,  a meaningful program was held to celebrate the school's spirit of faith, excellence, and thanksgiving. Through this activity, the school paid homage to its alumnae as well as some of the beneficiaries of it's scholarship fund. The event also featured performances of some of the homegrown talents of the school, including the ICA Dance Troupe, and the High School Glee Club. The anniversary celebration concluded with a buffet lunch for all attendees.

Though its 80 years of existence, ICA has undoubtedly grown from its humble roots atop a hardware store into a well-respected institution that has produced countless women leaders in different fields. It is clear that such ICAns themselves, as well as their multiple accomplishments, are the greatest testament of the school's standards of excellence and service. From here, the school only hopes to sustain its progress through the contained support and hard work of ICAns across all batches.
